
| Potato Pancakes or “Latkes” are commonly associated with traditional cuisines of Poland, Germany, Austria and other Eastern European countries. Kasia’s Potato Pancakes are Certified Kosher Pareve and are made with grated fresh potatoes, flour, eggs, onions and spices. Suggested toppings are either sour cream or apple sauce. Some folks prefer sprinkling potato pancakes with sugar. For Best Quality Let Pancakes thaw. Preheat skillet with 4-5 tbsp. of vegetable oil. Place Pancakes in a skillet on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn occasionally. Oven Preheat oven to 350º F. Place Pancakes on a greased baking sheet pan. Heat approximately 2-3 minutes fresh, 4-5 minutes frozen. IMPORTANT: Overcooking decreases quality. Do not refreeze. |
