Kasia’s Sweet Cheese Blintzes is our most popular flavor of blintzes. The crepe like pancake is filled the finest Farmer’s Cheese mixed with sugar and a hint of vanilla. The result is a melt in your mouth flavor that will keep you coming back for more. Blintzes make a great breakfast entrée or a dessert item. A great way to enhance the flavor of Kasia’s Cheese Blintzes is sprinkle some powdered sugar on top or add your favorite fruit topping for a taste that is second to none.

For Best Quality
Let Blintzes thaw. Preheat skillet with 4-5 tbsp. of butter or oil. Place Blintzes in a skillet and reduce heat to low. Turn occasionally until golden brown.

Oven
Preheat oven to 350º F. Brush Blintzes with cooking oil. Heat approximately 5-10 minutes fresh, 10-15 minutes frozen. Do not refreeze.

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs. frozen blintzes
  • 8 eggs, beaten until foamy
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 pt. sour cream
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
  2. Melt butter in 9x12 baking dish. Add blintzes and roll in butter to coat.
  3. Mix all other ingredients and pour over blintzes.
  4. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
